2025 is off to a good start with an unvented hot water cylinder completed in Little Paxton.

We completed a quick turn around hot water cylinder change today!
Initially called to repair a no hot water fault. After a quick inspection we found a split in the tank under the jacket insulation which had tripped the electrics. Thanks to who had the cylinder waiting ready to be collected!

Another job completed today!

This area used to be a part of a garage, the wall was knocked through to create a spacious downstairs shower room.

Water feeds for the shower supplied by a 2.0bar Stuart Turner pump.

Few new radiators replaced throughout too!

Another bathroom refurbishment completed in Perry last month with some very happy customers.

The customer chose what they would like and we project managed from start to finish.

This job included:

•Plumbing first and second fix

•Electrical first and second fix

•Boarding and tiling

•Floor fitting and levelling

•Filling and decorating

Thanks to everybody who worked on this one, an excellent job by all

Todays job, open vent to unvented.

This was quite a task with such little space to work however we are pleased with the outcome!

The cylinder has been register for its 25 Year Guarantee.

The customer has hot water again and we have a happy customer! Back soon to install the main bathroom and en-suite in the coming months.

A shower installation done whilst second fixing a bathroom today.

A new job has been started this week!

We’ve been busy getting this tack room conversion first fix completed.

This all copper first fix is having the following:

•Shower room
•Two radiators installed
•Sink and washing machine in the utility area
•Boiler pipework altered so an archway can be knocked through joining on to the house.

Pipe insulation and protection will be going in shortly before the walls are boarded and floors screeded!

March has been an extremely busy month for us!

Here is one of the jobs we’ve done this week.

• Larger radiator fitted to accommodate the size of the room meeting BTU calculations.

• Radiator also moved to under the window to distribute the heat evenly throughout the room, we have also tucked the pipes under the brackets as the customer specified.

• Pump changed due to corrosion and build of debris which over time stops the pump working efficiently.

• Magnetic filter fitted with 10 year warranty.

• Air separator cut out and ‘H piece’ pipework fabricated to allow the system to vent properly, this has also reduced noise coming from the airing cupboard as the system heats up.

Today we have been converting an open vented heating system to pressurised.

It’s not the most exciting job in the world but certainly rewarding when the customers haven’t had any heat in the downstairs radiators for months.

This has been a really troublesome system up until now.

•Central heating system pressurised.
•Central heating pump and valves changed.
•Filling loop and extra gauge added to the airing cupboard pipework for ease of access for the customer.
•System flushed.
•Inhibitor added to maintain a healthy system and prolong the life of the boiler.

This is one of three to be done at this property.

We are really pleased with the finish, using the Burlington range.

Happy new year all!

This bathroom has been ticked off the long list of jobs we have going on at the moment, looking forward to a couple of weeks of maintenance to catch up on now.

A big thank you to Ashley Hall for a great job on the tiling.
