Last week, James delivered “Testing the Combines and Checking the Barley and Raffling Off The Range Rover!” We are certainly into harvest now and it was great to see the four combines working in unison on their socials over the weekend. With the high temperatures we’ve been seeing lately and fields turned gold, it does look odd seeing an overcast picture from early in May when our Sales & Service Technician, Gruffyd, converted Radio RTK to NTRIP RTK. Our customer was planting leeks in this field. 🚜

It was great to see a number of drones and operators at Cereals Event a couple of weeks ago. They’re outstanding in precision agriculture, a few examples being for monitoring crops, field mapping, doing variable-rate applications and planning irrigation.☀️

Drones are also invaluable in other areas such as aerial surveying and mapping, construction, inspections across wind turbines and power lines for example, defence and mining. 🗺️

We’re looking for a Finance Coordinator to join the team at RTKFnet. (East Cambridge)

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys getting stuck into the detail, improving processes and helping a growing business get stronger financial control in place.

We’re based in a rural office surrounded by some beautiful countryside, with a positive, forward-thinking team and a business that is continuing to grow quickly.

The role will cover bookkeeping, invoicing, credit control, reporting and general finance coordination, so we’re looking for someone organised, practical and confident taking ownership.

Full-time or 4 days per week considered for the right person.

This is Cameron who has been on placement with us as a Sales & Service Technician. Studying Automotive Engineering at Harper Adams University.
