A huge congratulations to our apprentice, Harvey Cooper, who has just taken 1st Place in the WorldSkills UK Advanced SkillPLUMB competition – UK-Wide Heats 2026!

Competing against some of the best plumbing apprentices in the country, Harvey showcased outstanding technical skill, professionalism, and determination throughout the heat.

Securing a place in the next stage of this prestigious national competition is a massive achievement, and winning his heat outright is a brilliant reflection of the hard work, dedication, and talent he brings to his apprenticeship every single day.

🔧 Harvey Takes on the SkillPLUMB Challenge 🔧

Everyone at UniPlumb is incredibly proud of our apprentice, Harvey Cooper, who has been selected to compete in the SkillPLUMB Competition.

SkillPLUMB is one of the UK's leading competitions for plumbing apprentices, bringing together some of the most talented young people in the industry to test their practical skills, technical knowledge, and ability to perform under pressure.

Harvey is currently studying towards his Level 3 Plumbing & Heating Diploma while working as part of the UniPlumb team. His hard work, professionalism, and commitment to the trade earned him a place in this year's competition, making him the first apprentice from Oxford Energy Academies to reach this stage.

Today, Harvey is competing in the regional qualifier at Aldershot College against apprentices from across the country.

Harvey has been a credit to himself and the company throughout his apprenticeship, and we wish him every success as he takes on this exciting challenge.
