This weeks progress at Radegund Road 📍

A steady pace this week, making sure everything is spot on and at the right heights/ levels. Getting to this stage is always a great feeling and we’re proud of the team 💪🏼

First bricks loaded out ready for the superstructure, profiles are setup and ready to smash it next week!

Big shout to the team for pushing through this week, the last couple of weeks have been some really hard graft.

📍 Radegund Road, Cambridge

Progress over the last two weeks at our Radegund Road project has been good. Foundations have been dug and poured, new drainage in, old cast stack replaced and the rear lean-to demolished. Ready to start getting the damp course in 🙌🏼 🧱

All second fixed including built in wardrobes 🔨

Pampisford 📍

16m2 of Jura Grey 20mm Porcelain tiles with a 4x3m aluminium pergola! Lovely colour tile for anyone interested.

The ground was very soft so we had to go down a further 100mm to find a decent base to work off meaning additional material.

Battled the weather with this one but end result is all that matters 🙌🏼🌧️

Pampisford, Cambridgeshire📍

Quite literally a HUGE addition to this property!

A 4.2m x 2.4m opening created, steelwork installed, Cambridge white soldier course added to match existing all ready for the sliding doors to be fitted.

We also had to do some small internal changes, we removed an old radiator and installed a new column radiator to the side, some making good on the flooring and also a new LED track light!

Matt & Rachael were an absolute pleasure to work for 🤩 once again a massive shoutout to everyone involved in making these things happen for our clients. We wouldn’t be able to do it without you!
