Update!
My fellow carpenter, Mr Hahn and myself decided to paint our own work on this job. Diamond eggshell in white to blend in with the existing paint colour in the house really made it look like it had always been there with the built in units.

Not many progress pictures on this wardrobe, But definitely a challenge compared to the modern house.
We decided to keep the existing beams and wall on show, given that it's around a 600 year old building . The scribes were the most challenging part due to the floor being 40mm out of level front to back, 50mm out on the length and the ceiling and walls were just a rollercoaster of a cut, literally. Little job for a good friend, the electrician . I was given a quick drawing to bring to life, the customer was very pleased with the outcome . A hallway storage unit makes good use of an area for getting out the door , Tall Larder style unit for coats and additional coat hooks for visitors . Shoe storage in the lift up bench to de-clutter the hallway . Soon to have spotlights in the above shelf and a comfy cushion to sit on.

Downstairs toilet/utility done on the same job as the hidden wall storage. Mermaid board on the walls to create an easy clean and natural stone look. Adding a stacking unit to the washer/dryer to not use up any more floor space.
Personally a great use of space and storage for a downstairs toilet. Yes I'm aware the sink is missing 😂. Got delayed due to defects.

Earlier this year a customer had a narrow, closed in the stairwell and wanted to open it up and create an added piece of storage. Removing the old panelling, we added a newel post and handrail each side to open it up and made a hidden push-to-open door to make it all seem less and practical .
Yes I used AI to paint it as always a difficult task to go back and ask to take pictures 😬
