Removal of Asbestos Cement Rubble

We required the removal of a 300mm deep, broken asbestos-cement rubble floor from a small barn prior to its replacement with a concrete floor. Alliance were prompt in providing a quote and co-operative in fixing a date for the work. The removal team were thorough, competent, friendly and were rigorous in following the safety process during the works and in securing the site at night. They kept their committments for time, cost and quality. They did an excellent job.

Following on from the passing of Her Majesty the Queen, Alliance Asbestos Services have taken the decision to close for the upcoming bank holiday for the state funeral on Monday, 19th September.

Another excellent review, and job carried put by our AAS team!

This job was split across two phases with Asbestos Insulation Boarding (Licenced Material) being removed first from the Garage/Living Room. We then continued to remove artex ceilings throughout the house, followed by 2 separate Air tests for the separate areas.

Floor tiles and Bitumen removal, we also had an air test carried out from a UKAS accredited company!

We will carry out an efficient smoke test alongside other control measures that follow best practice to ensure the upmost safety.

Records of the smoke test are then recorded on a Site Log and enclosures are checked on a daily basis. Should any repairs be required, a further smoke test may be carried out. Overall the smoke test confirms that the enclosure is effective when there is no apparent leakage.
