A quick update on a project one of our teams has been working on in Barrhead 👀

After just 8 days on site, this garden has been completely transformed from a typical new-build disaster into a stunning outdoor oasis — and we’re not finished yet! 🌿✨

From poor drainage and unusable space to a garden built for relaxing, entertaining, and enjoying all year round, the difference already speaks for itself.

Grounds Maintenance Operative / Driver

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Operative/Driver to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on role involving a variety of outdoor maintenance tasks across multiple sites. The successful candidate will take pride in delivering high-quality work and maintaining professional standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
• Grass cutting using pedestrian and ride-on mowers
• Hedge trimming and pruning
• W**d control and general site clearance
• Strimming, edging, and leaf clearance
• Basic soft landscaping duties as required
• Daily vehicle checks and safe driving between sites

Requirements:
• Full UK driving licence (maximum 3 penalty points)
• Experience in grounds maintenance or a similar outdoor role preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good timekeeping and a strong work ethic
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Aged over 30 (for insurance)

Desirable:
• Experience using commercial grounds maintenance equipment
• Relevant qualifications (e.g. PA1/PA6 spraying certificates)
