🚨 What started as a simple tile repair turned into something much bigger...
We were called out to replace a few broken bathroom floor tiles, but on inspection found water coming up through the cracks.
The cause? A leaking toilet on every flush and a failed bath seal that had been letting water through for some time 💧
We stripped everything back, removed the damaged flooring and mould, then rebuilt it properly with new plywood, fresh lino, new toilet valves, and a full reseal around the bath.
✅ No more leaks
✅ Fresh new floor
✅ One very happy customer 😊
Sometimes a small repair uncovers a bigger issue — but that’s exactly why it’s important to get it checked early 👌

✨ Kitchen Upgrade Complete! ✨

This project included new worktops, a kitchen sink, a boiling hot water tap, and the installation of a small loft hatch.

We installed a new loft hatch in the extension ceiling, as there was previously no access to the loft space. The customer did an amazing job upcycling the base units themselves, and they look fantastic. Our role was to install solid oak worktops, which required a stepped section to allow extra space for the beautiful copper sink. We then carefully curved the worktop back in to meet the standard-depth worktops on either side of the sink.

Once fitted, all the worktops were fully sanded and finished with three coats of Osmo worktop oil, sanding between coats for a smooth, durable finish. After drying, we installed the copper sink along with an easy-install boiling hot water tap.

To finish off the space, we fitted a tiled upstand and splashback above the cooker, followed by the installation of a unique extractor fan.

Our customer is very happy with the completed work — just how we like it 😊

✨Main Bathroom Renovation Complete!✨

Here we have the main bathroom from our previous post. This bathroom also had its issues, with the toilet not flushing very well.

We removed the bath and installed a large Mira Safe shower tray, creating a more practical and spacious layout. We also continued the same panelling, fittings, and fixtures to keep a clean, consistent look throughout the home.

Unfortunately there was some damage to the first basin vanity unit, thankfully our suppliers got a new one to us within a few days, but that is why it is missing in a few pictures.

Another great transformation and our customer is happy once again 😊

✨ Ensuite Renovation Complete! ✨

Here we have a lovely ensuite renovation that had a few issues to start with. The toilet was leaking and could barely flush, and the shower was also leaking. We stripped everything back and started fresh.

The result? A complete transformation from a dated ensuite in need of some TLC to a beautiful, modern space ✨

After completing this ensuite, we moved straight on to renovating the main bathroom. The customer is over the moon with the finished work — and so are we — leaving us a lovely 5⭐️ review on Google 😊

Another happy customer and another job well done!

Fresh new stainless steel 1.5-bowl sink installed for our customer. Including a new waste and trap, but using the existing tap. A new waste hole was cored to ensure the correct fall on the waste pipe.

Here we had the pleasure of installing this enginered wood flooring for a returning customer. We removed the existing skirting boards & laminate flooring from the hallway, lounge & dinning room. Installed floorwise insulation in the three rooms, then installed the Oak enginered flooring in the three rooms straping and gluing as we go. We installed matching door bars in the door ways and matching trim around the new built in thick door matt. Then finshed off by fitting the new skirting boards.

Our customer is happy once again, even recommending us to a friend. Enjoyed this one and looks beautiful.

Here we have another stunning kitchen installation we have completed. None of the walls were square at all, making it quite the challenge to install, but nothing we can't handle. Our customer had been getting bad smells from the washing machine waste pipe for years, which was not surprising considering how poorly it had been installed before. We installed all new waste pipe, giving the washing machine its own run to the gully instead of joining up with the sink waste, meaning we could make sure they both had the correct fall so they wouldn't hold any water to ensure there would be no smells in the future. The kitchen was designed by Howdens, making use of all the available space. With the framed kitchen, oak worktops, and the Belfast sink, the kitchen has been transformed. The electrical work was carried out by MD Electrical, and everything else was done by us.

Our customer is extremely happy with their beautiful new kitchen, and so are we.

Here we had the pleasure of removing the bath and installing a 1700 x 800 anti-slip Mira shower tray. We used the existing shower but installed lovely grey marble aqua panels to blend with the existing tiles. Then we installed a 900 walk-in shower screen with a hinged return panel. Thankfully, our customer had a few spare tiles left for the floor, so we installed them and matched the grout to the existing grout. This has made our customer's life a lot easier when it comes to washing. Another happy customer—just how we like it! 🙂
