Project Progress Update
Another major milestone completed on this fit-out project — ceiling boarding and mechanical integration now well underway.
Our team has been carefully installing the suspended plasterboard ceiling while coordinating around the cassette air conditioning unit and first-fix services to ensure a clean, seamless finish ready for taping and decorating. Precision at this stage is key, and attention to detail now saves time later in the project.

Completed this clean archway transformation after my mate decided to knock through and open up the space so he can’t play darts 🎯🤣

Took my lad along for this one—he’s got a lot to learn (like not putting his hand on fresh plaster 😅), but at 12 he’s keen and willing, which is what matters.

This job involved framing out the new opening, boarding it up, and finishing with smooth, sharp edges ready for plaster and decorating. The detail was everything on this one—getting those crisp lines and a flawless finish makes all the difference.
