I just want to say a massive thank you to all my customers who have waited patiently for me to return to work — some of you without heating or hot water, or with leaks that need sorting. Your patience, understanding and loyalty mean the world to me, and won’t be forgotten when you need me in the future.

It’s been one of the toughest weeks of our lives. Dealing with a family emergency in another country has brought challenges we could never have imagined, but we’re home safely now.

Seeing my daughter happily playing in the garden again, with her beautiful big blue eyes shining, means everything. ❤️

I’m back on the tools from Monday and will be catching up with everyone as quickly as I can.

Once again, thank you for your patience and for supporting me and my family.

From 2027, Hippo Heat will become Hippo Heat & Cooling 🔥❄️

Alongside our existing heating and plumbing services, we’ll also be offering domestic air conditioning — helping keep your home cool and comfortable, when the British summer decides to turn up the heat! 😎☀️

I’ll be completing my F-Gas qualification and getting everything ready ahead of launching the new service in 2027.
