🦛 New Baxi combi boiler installed with a 10-year warranty.

🦛 Removed a very old back boiler and Elson tank — I’d estimate the tank was over 50 years old.

🦛 Upgraded the system to a two-pipe setup.

🦛 Fitted Tado smart controls, a scale reducer, and an Adey MagnaClean.

🦛 This turned out to be one of the most challenging jobs of my career because of the positioning of everything and the pipe runs, but I’m really pleased with how it’s turned out for my lovely customers.

They now have 10 years of hassle-free heating and hot water, with no worries about repair costs.

🦛 I’ve been repairing boilers for well over 20 years, and I think the Baxi platinum compact, with 10 years warranty, is the best boiler on the market.

🦛 I quoted this landlord for a repair, and a new boiler. He took the wise decision of 10 years hassle free heating & a happy tennant with lower bills.
