Another successful first fix rewire completed in Nuneaton, and even with this glorious (but hot!) weather, our amazing team managed to get it done in just over a day! ⚡️

You know it's gonna be an interesting call when the customer says their fuseboard is "going bang!" 😬

After some testing and head scratching I decided to loosen the whole fuseboard off the wall and i found a cable at the back was rubbing against the metal edge of the fuseboard (no protective grommet!) and shorting out. Definitely a fire hazard waiting to happen.

Also whilst I was there found a socket in the hallway with no earth and loose neutrals 🙈

Glad we caught it in time! 👍

Remember folks, safety first when it comes to electrics!

This is what we found when a customer called us about their lighting circuit failing. Seriously dodgy wiring! OnPoint Electrics quickly rectified the problem and got their lights back on. Don't risk your safety with shoddy electrical work - always call a qualified electrician!
