Completion of our long term project in Walsall with Male Builders

This one really was the full package, our scope of works included:

✅Full re-wire to the existing property, side extension, rear extension & loft bedroom
✅Supply & install 16 x in roof solar PV panels
✅Supply & install 5kw hybrid inverter & 25kwh of battery storage
✅Supply & install air conditioning unit to main living area downstairs
✅Supply & install air conditioning unit to loft bedroom
✅Supply & install Zappi tethered 7kw EV charger
✅Installation & programming of Lutron smart lighting controls
✅TV, satellite & data cabling

✅EV distribution board installed with SPD & double pole RCBO in customers garage from Annex sub board
✅Primary CT load monitor installed to mains incoming tail to limit load to 80A
✅Secondary CT load monitor installed to Annex DB to limit load to 40A
✅DNO notification & part P certificate
✅Compatible with EV tariffs like intelligent octopus 🐙

🪛New sub main and reposition of distribution board out of corridor high level to more accessible position
🪛18th edition distribution board recessed into wall
🪛600 x 600 LED lighting in suspended grid
🪛Sensors installed to corridor lighting for energy saving
🪛Dado trunking to offices with plenty of sockets for equipment
🪛Extraction fans installed to toilets & kitchen area
🪛Power circuits for canteen appliances
