Another major industrial refurbishment completed in Leeds! 📍

From the roof right through to the office space, our team delivered a full-scale transformation, creating a modern, high-performing facility ready for its next chapter. 👏🧡

🔧 Scope included:
✅ Roof refurbishment with new non-fragile rooflights, panel replacements + cut edge corrosion treatment
✅ Cladding repairs + full external decoration
✅ Warehouse refurbishment including portal frame decoration & polished concrete floors
✅ Loading dock + underground drainage upgrades
✅ Full office refurbishment with enhanced Doc M + shower facilities
✅ M&E upgrades including lighting, power, fire alarms + new VRF systems
✅ EV charging upgrades with higher-capacity units
✅ Complete staff car park refurbishment with new tarmac + line marking

A fantastic effort from everyone involved in bringing this one to completion. 👏

Things are really starting to take shape in Cwmbran! 👏

We’re now midway through the project, with great progress being made across the building:

🔨 Strip-out + demolition complete
🏗️ Roof repairs well underway
🧱 Internal repairs progressing
✅ Drylining + plastering complete
🎨 Decorations underway
⚡ First fix M&E in progress

With the groundwork behind us, the transformation is now becoming much more visible. 👀

A complete refresh for this industrial unit 🔧🏢✨

We recently completed the refurbishment of this industrial space, transforming it into a modernised, functional unit ready for continued commercial use.

Works included:

🏗️ Full internal strip out while retaining existing sanitaryware facilities
🔨 Roof repairs and maintenance works
🧱 Warehouse blockwork decorations
🎨 Full internal redecoration throughout
⚡ New mechanical and electrical installations
🪵 New floor finishes
🚪 Installation of a new roller shutter door to improve access and functionality

Through a carefully coordinated refurbishment programme, the unit has been upgraded with refreshed finishes, improved operational efficiency and enhanced usability for future occupiers.

The result is a clean, modern industrial space that is fit for purpose and ready for its next chapter. 🚀

We’re ready to bring this industrial warehouse back to life 🔧

This project will see a full transformation of both the internal and external spaces, upgrading the building, improving functionality, and creating a more modern, efficient environment throughout!

From roof works and external repairs to a complete internal refurbishment and new office and welfare areas, every element is being reworked with long-term performance in mind 🏗️

Works begun and we're looking forward to sharing progress! 👀
