Progress is building on our Midlands CAT-B refurbishment project and the transformation is really starting to take shape. 🏗️✨

Since our last update:

🔹 Raised access flooring completed throughout
🔹 First fix M&E works nearing completion
🔹 Bespoke feature ceilings now being installed
🔹 High-end joinery package underway

With the finishes beginning to come through, you can really start to see the vision for the space. 💫

We’re currently delivering the refurbishment of this London industrial unit, transforming the building ready for its incoming tenant.

Works include:

⚡ Full M+E installation package
❄️ Air conditioning installed throughout new office areas
🚿 New welfare facilities including 3 kitchenettes, toilets and shower areas
🧱 75% cladding replacement with remaining elevations fully resprayed
🪟 Full window and door replacement across the building
🚛 12 dock leveller doors installed
🚧 Perimeter gate works and yard surface repairs
✨ Full clean and polish of the warehouse floor slab

With a tenant ready to move in and a fixed completion date, the team has kept the project moving at pace to ensure everything is ready for handover.

We’ve recently completed a commercial fit-out project in Wolverhampton 📍 delivering a full internal refurbishment across two existing spaces.

Scope included:

🏢 Office + amenity space creation
🪟 Glazed partitioning and internal layouts
🚿 Welfare facilities including IPS, vanity units + sanitaryware
🧱 Internal structure works using blockwork, steelwork + plasterboard
🧰 Vinyl flooring, carpets & barrier matting throughout
💡 New lighting, power + fire alarm systems

All works were delivered over an 8-week programme, carefully managed to ensure quality, efficiency, and minimal disruption throughout ⚙️✅

The result is a modern, futureproofed workspace, ready for immediate use!

As Mental Health Awareness Week comes to a close, we’re reflecting on a fantastic visit from the Make It Visible Taskforce to our Dunstable project 💜

With mental health challenges continuing to impact so many across the construction industry, creating space for open conversations and raising awareness of the support available remains more important than ever 🧡

It was brilliant to welcome the team on site, and the visit was incredibly well received across the project, bringing great energy, meaningful conversations, and a genuinely positive atmosphere throughout the day and beyond 🙌

A huge thank you to the Lighthouse Charity for the incredible work they continue to do in supporting wellbeing across the industry 👷‍♂️✨

Working on a Glasgow icon 🏛️

Our team is delivering façade restoration works at 95 Bothwell Street - an American classical B-listed building designed by Edward Grigg Riley and built between 1927–1931. You might recognise it… featured in recent Spider-Man films and the latest Indiana Jones release! 🕷️🎬

Our works focus on preserving and restoring the building’s historic fabric:

🔹 Specialist stone repairs & indenting
🔹 Treatment of the original steel frame
🔹 Cleaning & repair of the ornate cornice
🔹 Restoration of decorative balcony steelwork
🔹 Asphalt repairs to the parapet roof

It’s definitely a rewarding one; helping secure the future of a landmark building! 🧡
