This wasn’t just a bathroom either… We also completed a brand new central heating system, installed a new boiler, carried out all the first-fix plumbing, and fitted the kitchen plumbing too.

We removed the unused bath and installed:

✅ Sliding shower screen
✅ Brand-new shower
✅ Carefully matched all the existing tiles so everything blends in seamlessly with the original finish.
The end result? A stylish, practical shower that looks like it was always meant to be there. 👌

🚨 Another pump station saved by Waterstone Plumbing & Drainage! 💪🚛

This week we were called out to a busy retail park in Canterbury after a foul pumping station decided it had had enough! 😬

A failed pump combined with a blown discharge pipe meant the station filled with sewage, causing a major headache for the site.

Our team attended quickly, diagnosed the faults, and carried out a temporary repair to get everything back up and running safely while preventing further issues. ✅

We’ll now be returning to provide a permanent solution with a full pumping station refurbishment/replacement.

It’s not the prettiest job… but someone’s got to do it! 💩😂

A disused rainwater outlet had turned into a root magnet, causing a severe infestation and repeated blockages in the manhole. We excavated, exposed the problem, and cut out the redundant pipe to stop the roots coming back.

Problem solved. Flow restored. 👊💧
