Architecturally designed 1930s property ✨
A fantastic collaboration with AOI Architects, this project involved a full renovation of the existing house, complemented by a single-storey vaulted extension housing a stunning kitchen/diner and gym.
The project was completed with an extended patio laid in herringbone tiles and Crittall sliding doors, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.
We thoroughly enjoyed bringing this exceptional transformation to life.

For us at Collett Custom Homes, restoring and converting old and historic buildings is a real passion, it allows us to breathe new life into an old, forgotten structure and provides an opportunity to reimagine and repurpose an obsolete building into a functional and elegant family residence.
We can honour the buildings heritage by using traditional building methods, our approach, combines time-honoured techniques with contemporary and exacting standards, preserving craftsmanship whilst adapting the building for modern living.
