Bad timing for a broken sprinkler head! ☀️

We recently renewed a defective sprinkler head at a local Bowling Green to restore the irrigation system and ensure the green is receiving the water it needs (particularly during this heatwave)!

Hopefully, this will help the green return to its pristine condition.

Do you know what this pen is used for?

On this photo, we are carrying out a safety check with a voltage tester pen before starting work on this faulty boiler.

This confirms there's no live electrical supply present and that it's safe to work on the appliance (especially as we don’t yet know what’s causing the fault).

The boiler wasn't firing, so after some fault finding we traced the issue to the electrodes (they create the spark that allows the boiler to ignite). We replaced them and the boiler is now up and running as it should be.

A water fountain upgrade completed recently at Mint Street Park in Southwark.

We removed an old water fountain and replaced it with a new drinking and bottle-filling station.

Chris, Nick and Joe carried out the works, although Joe appears to have claimed the photo spotlight 😄!

💦 Keeping public spaces flowing smoothly!

At a local public park, we carried out jet washing works to clear a blocked drainage system and restore proper flow.

🚿 High-pressure jetting removed the build-up causing the blockage, allowing the drains to run freely again.

Another job completed to help keep public areas safe, clean, and well-maintained.

🔧 Removed the existing boiler and flue
🧼 Carried out a system cleanse
🔥 Installed a new 30kW Ideal boiler with compliant controls
🛡️ Fitted a magnetic filter, scale reducer and shock arrestor
💧 Refilled the system with fresh inhibitor for long-term protection

Job completed at the Umbrella Centre in Whitstable ✅

🔧 Isolated the electrical supply and drained down the heating system.

🔥 Removed old, outdated storage heaters and safely disconnected all associated services.

🛠️ Cut back the pipework and solder-capped all redundant connections.

💧 Added inhibitor to the heating system and refilled the system.

✔️ All work completed, tested, and left operating efficiently.

🌞 Another happy customer! 🌿🚰

Today we installed an outside tap, neatly connected to the supply under the kitchen sink. A simple addition that makes watering the garden, washing muddy boots, filling watering cans, and cleaning outdoor spaces much easier.

With the hot weather we're experiencing, an outside tap is a real convenience for keen gardeners. Just remember to water wisely – watering early in the morning or later in the evening helps reduce evaporation and makes the most of every drop.

If you're tired of dragging hoses through the house or filling watering cans from the kitchen sink, an outside tap can make life much easier.
