Another one sorted properly 👌

We got a call from a client struggling with rising damp in their conservatory.

They’d already had “damp specialists” in who carried out a chemical DPC injection… but surprise surprise — it didn’t solve the issue. They then suggested there were drainage problems and left it at that.

We were asked to take a look.

After a full inspection, we found the drain (which runs underneath the conservatory) was heavily clogged and sitting deep — a bit awkward, but nothing unusual. No major defects, just years of build-up.

Once cleared and cleaned through properly, everything is now flowing exactly as it should ✅

No unnecessary work. No guesswork. Just the actual problem solved.

We’ll also be heading back once everything has fully dried out to carry out the internal works and get it all redecorated for the client 🎨

Even better — this was a job we originally completed around 12 years ago when we first started out. Always good to come back and help keep things right years later 💪

Out with the old, in with the new 🔨✨

We recently completed a full transformation by removing an old conservatory roof and upgrading the space with brand new windows and doors, along with a solid flat roof construction.

This has completely changed the look and feel of the area — making it more modern, secure, and ready for year-round use. The client will now be taking it to the next stage with insulation and boarding to suit their own finish.

Another tidy job completed and ready for the next phase 💪

Big transformation on this one 🔨🔥

We’ve recently been busy on a full kitchen refurb and garage conversion, completely bringing this property back to life.

The kitchen was fully stripped out and disposed of, with all walls reboarded to create a fresh base. New electrics and plumbing have been installed, leaving everything perfectly prepped and ready for plastering. The new kitchen, supplied by Canvey Supply, is going to look 👌 once fitted.

Alongside this, the entire house has been rewired by Essex Electrical Testing — bringing everything up to modern standards for safety and reliability.

The garage conversion needed serious attention, with a leaking roof and no insulation in the walls or ceiling. We stripped it right back, installed Celotex insulation throughout, then reboarded and plastered — now ready for decorating and proper use all year round.

To finish things off, brand new windows have been installed throughout the property by Profile Windows, giving it a clean, modern look from the outside too.
