I was referred through a friend to a customer who wanted some upgrades doing to her house and some bits that were not working replaced. 😃 I installed 4 new led strip lights in the loft space she had boarded a fan that didn’t work replaced and 2 sockets replaced as she’s doing up the room. There was also some live cables left in the loft that was made safe 😃. Please see photos below ⚡️⚡️⚡️.

Had a customer contact me regarding there fan installation they had installed by another Electrican. They keep having excess water dripping from the fan, after further investigation, I found that the ducting had been installed incorrectly, trapping condensation and not allowing the air to circulate through the ducting. I had to suspend the ducting in the loft to rectify the issue. The customer also need a fan isolator installed as the other Electrican did not! Please see photos attached.
