Just bought a house that needed a complete check over. There was no hot water, this was repaired immediately. The whole central heating system was flushed, serviced and checked. Kitchen waste water was redirected from a surface water drain into the waste system. The study was converted into a utility room with full plumbing and a sink unit. Living flame gas fire dismantled, cleaned and serviced. New radiator installed to replace old one that was rusting. Boiler serviced and checked. Engineer stayed only stopped once for a brew, and a 15 minute lunch break. IMMACULATE job done.
