Customer called as their lovely cuddle chair had collapsed due to some lively small people having fun.
Took apart the chair and replaced the snapped spring support timber with a sturdier piece.
All stapled back up and you wouldn't even know the chair had been broken.

Call out to a flooded toilet in a small office block.

Leak traced to a damaged washer on the toilet inlet. Quickly replaced and leak stopped.
Also cured the annoying water hammer noise when the toilet was flushed. New diaphragm installed and now a nice quiet flush.

A bird had dropped into the cavity wall from the roof eaves. Customer tried to remove the bird and damaged the wall in the process.
Customer wanted to keep the room original and retain the original vent.
Old plasterboard removed, replaced, re-plastered and painted fresh white after.
I also removed the bird 😀
Entry point was also meshed over to stop any more birds nesting.

Quarter turn deck mixer installed. This replaced a standard deck mixer the customer was having difficulty using due to arthritis. They couldn't turn the taps properly. Quarter turn taps are so much easier 😁
