🔧 Leak from a wet room 🔧

The customer reported a damp patch on the living room ceiling. I removed the mosaic tiles around the waste to discover there was no vinyl matting fitted underneath. This lead to the screws rusting overtime and subsequently caused a leak. This excess moisture compromised the tiling quite extensively.

Here's what I did to rectify it:

✅ Fitted brand new shower tray
✅ Retiled back wall as they were fitted incorrectly
✅ Refitted shower and screen

These types of jobs are always tricky as it isn’t obvious until you start the job the actual extent of the damage.

Customer was happy and the finished job looked great. 👍🏻
