Rewire started today in Cefn Fforest Blackwood ⚡️for a local property developer 🛠

Job will consist of....

Stripping out old wiring ⚡️

First fix to developers spec with all cables chased into walls 📃

Second fix using modern led lighting and smart switching to save on energy costs 💲

New water and gas bonding ✅️

New fuseboard and all work tested and completed in accordance with electrical regulations and guidance notes ✅️⚡️

Busy last few weeks with the nice weather! Everyone buying hot tubs! But with no way to power them 🤔.

Remember guys we can install power supplies to sited hot tubs ⚡️

or even a weatherproof socket for the blow up ones✅️

Builder had forgotten to get an electrician to safely disconnect spot lights ready for re-boarding and skimming the following day 🤔

On site within 30 minutes. Spotlights removed,cabling altered to current regulations and standards and all ready for work to be carried out ⚡️✅️

We ran a direct feed from the home owners consumer unit (which also needed upgrading, which we did) ✅️

Installed a second consumer unit in the man cave ✅️

Wired sockets, lights (dimmable) and speakers all on seperate feeds ✅️

4 x bluetooth speakers installed (can be used 2 or 4 at a time) ✅️

Media wall ✅️

Outside lights ✅️

All tested and inspected within accordance of bs 7671 am2 ✅️
