We are delighted to officially introduce Elise Franklin as our new Office Manager at RME.

Elise joined us six months ago as an Office Administrator and in that time she has already proven herself to be an invaluable member of the team. With nine years of managerial experience at M&S, progressing from Customer Assistant to Section Co-ordinator and then Academy Team Manager, Elise brings with her a wealth of knowledge in training, processes and procedures that have already strengthened the way we work.

She is also a trained mental health champion, offering colleagues support and a trusted point of contact when they need someone to talk to. This care and commitment reflect the culture we value most at RME.

Thanks to her professionalism, dedication and drive, Elise has recently been promoted to Office Manager, taking on additional responsibilities including supporting our accounts team. We are excited to see her continue to grow within the business.

A huge thank you to Jeff, Chloe and the team at Bigmoose for welcoming us and taking us through such a powerful presentation. Seeing first hand how the money raised is put to work was inspiring and a reminder of why this cause matters so much.

Gareth and Ryan represented RME on the visit, and it has strengthened our commitment to raising £20,000 for Bigmoose through Project 1 Million 2.0. The funds will go directly to providing life saving therapy, reducing waiting times and making sure people get the support they need when they need it most.

We are proud to stand with Bigmoose in their mission to support mental health, prevent su***de and reduce homelessness. Every donation brings us closer to our goal and helps change lives.

We are delighted to welcome Gareth Edwards to the RME board as our new Financial Director.

Gareth brings over 20 years of experience in building and scaling successful businesses. As the founder of Vantastec Ltd, he has led the company to sustained growth through strategic leadership and a strong focus on financial performance.

At RME, Gareth will play a key role in strengthening our financial operations, implementing growth strategies and supporting long term business development. His insight and hands-on experience in growing high performing teams will be a valuable addition to the board.

At RME we believe safety is more than a responsibility.
It is a core value that underpins everything we do.

Our team recently came together for a dedicated training day where we installed a new defibrillator on site and completed CPR training. The training gave our people the confidence to respond in an emergency, while the defibrillator provides the reassurance that if every second counts, we are ready.

Importantly, the unit is accessible not just for us but also for the wider community. Knowing that this equipment is available for anyone in need reflects our belief that our responsibility goes beyond our own sites. It is about supporting the people and places around us.

This commitment to safety is part of who we are as a business. It is embedded in RME culture and brand, shaping the way we work and the values we live by. For us, investing in training and life saving equipment is not an obligation. It is a promise to our people, our clients and our community.

We are proud to be taking part in Project 1 Million 2.0 with Bigmoose

Our team will be riding for 24 hours straight to raise money for life saving therapy. In Wales, the current wait for mental health support can be up to 36 weeks. With Bigmoose, people are seen within a week. That speed can be the difference between hope and despair.

Every donation helps provide therapy for someone who needs it right now.
Together we can prevent su***de, reduce homelessness and change lives.
