Another incredible home transformation completed by the team in Whitchurch, Cardiff! 🏡✨

We’re proud to hand over this stunning renovation for another fantastic couple, completely transforming the layout and functionality of their home.

This project included:
✔️ Structural walls removed to create a bright, open-plan living space.
✔️ Safe removal of the existing chimney breast.
✔️ Brand-new energy-efficient windows and doors throughout.
✔️ New flooring across the ground floor.
✔️ A beautiful new fitted kitchen.
✔️ A bespoke downstairs WC and utility room, making the home even more practical for everyday family life.

C&M Developments Ltd are looking for a hardworking and motivated young person who wants to start a career in the construction industry and learn a skilled trade.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is reliable, eager to learn, and looking to gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced tradesmen on a variety of residential building projects.

What you’ll be doing:
✔ Assisting skilled trades on site
✔ General labouring duties
✔ Site preparation and maintenance
✔ Learning all aspects of construction and building work
✔ Supporting projects from foundations through to completion

What we’re looking for:
✔ Positive attitude and strong work ethic
✔ Punctual and reliable
✔ Willingness to learn new skills
✔ Ability to work as part of a team
✔ Full UK driving licence is preferred or be able to get to site.

Serious progress on site with the team putting in the hours and hard work in the run-up to Easter. Clean work, strong pace, and it’s all starting to come together exactly how we planned.
