*From Bungalow to Two-Storey Home*

Our latest completed project transformed a bungalow into a spacious two-storey home. The renovation added three extra bedrooms, two additional bathrooms, a utility room and a dressing room. A large glazed balcony area from the master bedroom to enjoy the views at the rear of the property!
Opening up the hallway, kitchen, and living room made a huge difference downstairs — a complete renovation throughout.

Externally finished with a white silicone render by Daniel Morris Plastering & Spray Rendering. Amazing workmanship from them as always.

Not only did the house get gutted and started afresh, the garden did too. With no drawings, just going off what the client had a rough idea of, the main man (Meredith Sr.) turned this garden into something special 👌

Part 1. Original submitted plans for this property were to extend on the rear, as usual. We advised the client to go back to planning for an extension on the front instead of losing so much of their garden.

Completely ripped everything out, including the existing floor screed to allow for to be installed throughout.
Vaulted ceilings in the kitchen and master bedroom, with installed.
