This week i have been updating staircase for a customer with new top newel post new hemlock handrail and plain spindles. The nails used by last carpenter were big ones.

Pictures of recent panelling job I fitted at customer and customer painted. 2 different walls. I pinned a trimmed 6mm mdf panel under panelling as walls were rough to cover poor condition of plaster.

Just finished a complex staircase renovation in a period 140year old home. Not shown but had to reconstruct bottom 3 steps kite winder with new stair string. New newell post and hand rail and spindles. Customer wants tounge and groove clad in s oak veneered panel which Is on order.
