Ben John is a Senior Building Surveyor and one of Meadow’s founding Directors.

Ben leads our Insurance Division and brings specialist expertise in Subsidence works and Peril Project Management. With years of hands-on experience, he ensures every project is delivered with precision and care.

Outside the office, Ben’s all about family. Whether watching rugby, taking his children to their various sports clubs, perfecting his swing on the golf course (finally won over after a few years!), or firing up the BBQ — weekends are always active.

David Morris

David joined our team in 2023 as a Building Surveyor, supporting Ben and David (yes, two Davids!) on Project Managed Perils and a range of insurance surveying services—from subsidence and defect diagnosis to Matterport 3D surveys and beyond.

When he’s not out on site, as a long-term Cardiff City season ticket holder, David can be found cheering on the team and also following the Wales football squad across Europe.
