It is with great sadness that we share the news of the recent passing of our friend and colleague, Patrick Madden.

For many years, Pat was a valued member of the team and a familiar face to so many across our industry. He was someone you could always rely on, hard-working, knowledgeable, and willing to help others.

Whether on site, in the yard, or over a cup of tea, he brought professionalism, humour, and kindness to every day.

The loss of someone who has been such a big part of our company for so many years is felt by everyone who had the privilege of working alongside Pat.

He was more than just a colleague. He was a friend to many, and his presence will be deeply missed.

Pat will always be remembered with great respect and affection.

On behalf of everyone at Wales Environmental, we extend our heartfelt condolences to Pat’s family, friends, and loved ones. Our thoughts are with you all during this incredibly difficult time.
