Dear The Welsh Rugby Union ,

We will not stand by and watch Warren Gatland be made the fall guy for the failures of the Welsh Rugby Union.

Gatland has given everything to Welsh rugby. He’s delivered Grand Slams, taken us to World Cup semi-finals, and brought pride to a nation. Yet, instead of addressing the deep-rooted issues within the WRU, it seems you’re positioning him as a scapegoat. Let us be crystal clear: we won’t accept this.

The problems in Welsh rugby run far deeper than the coaching setup. Grassroots rugby is dying, player welfare has been neglected, and leadership at the top has failed. If Gatland goes, so must every person accountable for these systemic issues.

We demand transparency, accountability, and action. Don’t make Warren Gatland carry the blame for your mistakes. Welsh rugby deserves better, and so does he.
