Due to continued growth, Jarrods Staircases is looking for an experienced Bench Joiner with CNC machining experience (or the willingness to learn) to join our workshop team in Barry, South Wales.

We manufacture some of the UK’s finest bespoke staircases, combining traditional craftsmanship with cutting-edge CNC technology. Every project is unique, and we’re looking for someone who shares our passion for producing exceptional work.

The Role

• Manufacturing high-end bespoke staircases and joinery
• Operating and setting CNC machinery
• Working from detailed technical drawings
• Using premium hardwoods including oak, walnut and ash
• Ensuring every component meets our exceptionally high standards
• Working closely with our design and production teams

We’re Looking For Someone Who

✔ Has proven bench joinery experience
✔ Has experience operating CNC machinery (or is keen to develop these skills)
✔ Has excellent attention to detail
✔ Takes real pride in producing outstanding craftsmanship
✔ Is reliable, hardworking and enjoys being part of a skilled team
