A plan's only worth something if the finished room actually looks like it.

This one went from stripped-back joists to full grey-veined tiling in one build, and the layout on slide two is exactly what got handed over on completion. No moving the shower last minute, no compromise on the bath position once first fix was in.

There's a lot of work that goes into a bathroom that nobody ever sees again once it's tiled over.

Levelling clips keeping every tile dead flat. Tanking sealing the wet area properly. Setting out lines chalked before a single tile goes up.

Skip any of that and you've got cracked grout within a year. Get it right and it's still tight a decade on.

Most of a bathroom is the part you never see.

Tanking, decoupling, setting out. Get that wrong and the tiles that look lovely today are lifting in a few years.
