Single Storey Extension & Internal Renovation | Rhiwbina 🏡
A recently completed project in Rhiwbina, transforming the ground floor of this property with a new single-storey rear extension and extensive internal alterations.
The new layout creates a large open-plan kitchen and living space, with rooflights and bi-fold doors bringing plenty of natural light into the property and opening the house up to the garden.
Alongside the extension, the internal layout was reworked to incorporate a new utility area and WC, with the wider ground floor renovation tying everything together.
Great to see the transformation from the original property, through construction, to the finished result.
