This was an old 4 bedroom property that had seen many good times in its life, but was more than ready to be replaced with something more mordern and with help of the clients and building contractor Cartrefi Deri Homes we designed this stunning modern property overlooking Ynys Aberteifi.

Unfortunately the existing could not be saved as it was rotten and fell a part, but it gave rise to something modern and that will last for many many years. This shows you just a snippet of the design work Bell Designs carries out.
