A new single storey kitchen extension to replace the old wooden run down porch. This created much more ground floor living space and a relocation of the kitchen. A more modern and spacious family kitchen was planned out, with the laying of a vinyl herring bone floor to the new kitchen and old kitchen floor which has now became a play room.

Conservatory was of no great use throughout the winter months, so the client wanted to start from scratch and build a more substantial building to use all year round.
Demolished the existing structure and started from scratch. They also requested a new patio area so they could enjoy the outdoor space in the summer more.
I think this job ticked all the boxes for the criteria requested 😊. A very enjoyable project to be involved in.

A kitchen refurbishment.
Taking out the old kitchen, removing the old tiled flooring then pouring floor self leveller down for a nice new level floor space. Removing the brickwork from under existing window and replacing the window with a set of new patio doors. Installing a new kitchen with island and laying new vinyl flooring to kitchen and dining room floor space.

A major house renovation project carried out in 2019-20.
The renovation works involved were to take the old roof off completely, build the outer walls up by 3 blocks high and install some new attic trusses. A full new heating and electrical system was also installed, with a major overhaul to downstairs joinery and removal of an internal wall to create an open plan kitchen/dining room.
The rear patio got a face lift too with a larger created created to a split level garden.

An upgrade to existing rear flagged patio areas with 3 x 2 sand stone flags. A new section of concrete posts, gravel boards and hit n miss double boarded fencing to create a privacy spot from the neighbouring property.

Full kitchen refurbishment. Rear utility taken out and plastic ceiling cladding taken down to create a more spacious kitchen area. New German kitchen installed with fresh vinyl flooring. Kitchen installation with bespoke custom made shelving unit. Old kitchen taken out, main cold water feed diverted to new location under the kitchen window, oak wooden floor patched in, and walls re plastered where tiling had been removed.
