Baxi 105e out , new baxi 830 combi 2 in

System upgrade , vented to unvented …. Bad water pressure , no working zone valves , customer had to put central heating on to heat the hot water up ,random pumps going against the flow of water , but turned out well in the end. .

Boiler mate 2 thermal store and potterton suprima boiler removed and new baxi 618 system boiler and new unvented tank fit due to other been rotten on the bottom ,sealing the heating system in the process.
