We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Kitchen Designer/Administrator. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our clients to design their dream kitchens while also handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations in our showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for their kitchen design.
- Create customized kitchen designs using industry-leading software.
- Provide excellent customer service and guidance throughout the design process.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing orders, and maintaining showroom displays.
- Work closely with our sales team to achieve sales targets and provide support as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in kitchen design and administration is essential.
- Strong design skills and the ability to visualize concepts effectively.
- Proficiency in design software such as Winner/AutoCAD or similar programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Capacity to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
