Heating conversion carried out by Mark and Dan this week in CA4.
Cylinder and boiler removed, new Baxi combi boiler installed.
Four radiators replaced, 12 radiator valves replaced, outside tap fitted and bath waste and overflow replaced.

Selection of some of the jobs from over the past few days.
CA1 - shower enclosure removed and refitted and cracked shower tray replaced with a new tray and solid timber base.
CA3 - leaking Essex fl**ge replaced on hot water cylinder.
CA1 - gas stove removed and refitted for chimney sweep.
CA1 - leaking shower waste replaced and new soil vent stack installed.
CA1 - diverter valve and motor replaced on Baxi boiler.
CA2 - blockage removed from toilet and protruding waste pipe cutback to prevent further blockages.
CA6 - Circuit board replaced on Vaillant boiler.
CA1 - Electrodes replaced on Baxi boiler.
Good variety in our work as always and plenty of smaller jobs fitted in as well as the bigger ones.

Recently carried out shower refurbishment in CA1.
Tray, shower, screen and tiles removed. Area tanked, new non slip tray installed. Re-tiled and screen and shower installed.
We also replaced the landing radiator, basin mixer tap, toilet seat and extractor fan.

Troublesome underfloor heating system overhauled in CA4 area today.
New wiring centre and actuators, excessive cabling and terminal joints stripped out and simplified, zone valves wired correctly to allow independent control between underfloor heating and radiators.

Bathroom and Shower room installed and tiled on one of our own developments recently.
The bathroom was previously part of a bedroom and was a complete start from scratch job.
The shower room was within an extension and also included underfloor heating which we also installed.

One of last weeks jobs carried out by Mark and Dan, a heating system in CA6 converted from gravity fed with tanks and cylinder to an external oil fired combi boiler.
Worcester Bosch Greenstar Heatslave 2 external installed with 7 year boiler guarantee.
New controls, filter and 11 new radiators and pairs of valves also replaced as part of the works.
