I went to do an inspection on this consumer unit and the property today after a customer contacted me concerned with trust and the previous electrician

Some of the things I found
Fuse box Holes that you can touch live parts with your finger
Fuse box Cracked
2 failed socket circuits that are dangerously wired and unsafe
Wrong light fittings in bathrooms
Degraded outdoor cables

a whole list of remedials to do throughout the property

And this property apparently passed an EICR 1 year ago

Nice Friday install
Tv wall bracket and 83”tv
A double socket and outlet for an HDMI and Ethernet cable
Then at low level by the router and BT point another outlet with the HDMI and Ethernet cable poking out for the customers games console
All ran externally in black conduit along side the black guttering and EV Charger as to not damage any internal walls
Clean install
Another Happy customer

A garden lighting installation in progress, all switched wirelessly from the main house
Lovely bronze fittings

LED lights in alloy channels for the steps and to light the the stone walls
And some slim, satin black wall lights by the pergola all switched wirelessly from the kitchen
New supply to the shed and garden sockets
And a new meter box cut in with a consumer unit to run it all
