We finally have the go ahead to start reservations on our shared ownership plots. Here is plot 1 & 2 ready to go as soon as possible! A great to way to get on the property ladder with a lower deposit 🏡

Sorry for the radio silence… a lot has happened since our last post on 1st July! We now have five homes occupied 🏡 and are finally able to open reservations on our shared ownership plots. Yesterday was our scaffolding drop. So all busy forming up our final external works.

New home day 🏡 first plot completion at Craggs View, Over Kellet. The team have worked so hard towards this day & we cannot wait for the next 21 either! These kind of days are just the best 🤍
