Barn conversion we recently completed, brief was to present the completed project as if still a barn stood at the side of the field, mission complete we think, the interior is anything but barn like, however many original features still remain, certainly a favourite of ours.

🚧 Update on Building Works Near Lancaster Grand Theatre, St Leonardgate 🚧

The process to carefully dismantle redundant structures on Lodge Street is progressing:

✅ Sharps, asbestos, and debris have been cleared from the site.
✅ Archaeological investigations have uncovered 19th-century metal casting remains, which are being documented. 🧐
✅ Temporary buttresses are in place, and access scaffolding has now been installed to enable controlled demolition.

🅿️ Safety Notice:
For the safe demolition of the masonry:
Portions of the Lancaster Grand Theatres car park and Lower St Leonardgate car park are hoarded off.
⚠️ Additional safety signage for the site will be installed now that demolition works are underway.

Thank you for your patience as we navigate these necessary works to improve the area.
