We’ve partitioned off the front room to create a great-sized hallway and an additional bedroom – totally transforming the layout and making much better use of the space 🙌

✅ Door fitted – hinges, handles & lock installed
✅ Existing glass screen removed & boarded over

This utility room was originally not making the best use of the space — but now it’s a modern, practical, and beautifully organised room designed to maximise every inch 🙌

We installed:
🔹 Brand new units & layout to optimise storage
🔹 Stylish new doors
🔹 Durable new mitred worktop with matching upstands
🔹 Plinths for a clean, polished look
🔹 Cornice & pelmets to complete the design
🔹 Stacked washer & dryer to free up floor space

Back in Carnoustie again 🔨✨

This time for a full kitchen install – and what a beauty it turned out to be!

The customer was absolutely brilliant and had everything fully stripped out and prepped ready for us starting 👌 makes all the difference.

Kitchen supplied by Wren Kitchens – stunning layout and design. We’re loving the green doors and frontals 💚 paired with solid 22mm worktops for that clean, modern finish. All fully integrated appliances to keep the look sleek and seamless 🔥

Removed a broken integrated washing machine and replaced it with a new base unit to create some much-needed extra storage space 🙌

Fully coated and prepped — ready for the painter when the better weather arrives ☀️🎨

🚿✨ Bathroom Renovation – St Andrews ✨🔨

This one in St Andrews started with a leaking cistern 💧 that unfortunately caused a rotten floor and damaged units and doors 😬

We stripped everything back, removed all affected chipboard and plywood 🪚, replaced the flooring properly, and carried out a full refresh:

🔹 Brand new vanity units
🔹 New doors & frontals
🔹 New W/C 🚽
🔹 New basin 🚰

Now it’s solid, secure, and looking great again 👌✨
