🚢 Project Highlight: Titanic Belfast Event Suites

As principal contractor, we recently delivered the refurbishment of the iconic event spaces at Titanic Belfast, including the Titanic Suite, The Bridge, the Olympic Suite, and the Britannic Suite.

A building with this much heritage deserves an interior that respects its past. Our bespoke joinery runs through every room, blending history with modern craftsmanship.

It was a privilege to work on a space so closely tied to Belfast’s legendary shipbuilding story.

Congratulations to The OWO by Raffles Hotels & Resorts on being named 'Best Urban Branded Residence' globally and 'Best Branded Residence in Europe' at the Global Branded Residences Awards 2026.

We're proud to have completed the fit-out of the spa, set across four new subterranean floors beneath the Old War Office, including treatment suites, changing rooms, a relaxation lounge, L'Atelier Guerlain, Pillar Kitchen and the 20-metre pool and vitality pool areas.

This week we welcomed our 2026/27 joinery apprentices to McCue.

A very warm welcome to Ethan French, Jacob Hildrew, Ashton Monaghan, Ryan Morrison and Sam Russell.

Over the next four years they'll train in our Carrickfergus workshop, crafting the bespoke joinery we install for brands across the UK, Ireland and Europe, alongside their studies at Northern Regional College.

Project Complete | Titanic Belfast

Celebrating historic craftsmanship at one of Northern Ireland’s most iconic destinations.

The team refurbished 4 areas across the banqueting and conference areas, including the iconic Titanic Suite, home to the famous grand staircase.

McCue has finished the refurbishment of the Santander branch in Newry, delivering the internal fit-out and finishes package throughout.

The works were phased, with out-of-hours working where the sequence required it. Decoration, flooring, joinery, electrical and data cabling for the new media wall and tech bar were sequenced around a fixed reopening date.

This marks another successful handover as McCue delivers banking and retail fit-out projects across the UK and Europe.
