Due to contractual obligations and scheduled works, we are unable to take on any further storm-related or reactive repairs at this time.

The recent red weather warning storm, along with previous storms, has caused widespread roof damage across the country. As a result, there are significant shortages in both salvaged and new materials, leading to extended lead times for reactive works.

Some customers have already been waiting up to six months for scheduled projects.

While we are unable to take on emergency repairs, we can assist by connecting you with other local roofing businesses that may be able to help with acute leaks.

Our focus now returns to planned and contracted work.

Full fascia replacement on this home in Glengormley.

There was no eave protection system in the original install and the uPVC fascia was 50mm too short, allowing water to pe*****te behind the uPVC fascia which resulted in the timber fascia rotting over time.

We advised to strip the whole fascia and renew with pressure treated timber and uPVC fascia along with and eave protection system meaning the whole linear eave section is completely watertight.

We were able to keep the costs down by carefully removing the guttering and refitting it.
