❤️ A Special Day for a Truly Special Person

Almost 12 months have passed since we lost our great friend, Leighton “Simo”. To honour his memory, we're bringing everyone together for a day filled with everything he loved. Great people, great golf, great music, and great memories.

❤️ Nearly 12 months have gone by since we lost our incredible friend, Leighton “Simo”.

We want to honour his memory by raising funds for Chest Heart & Stroke NI, a charity very close to our hearts. Alongside our Charity Golf Day and evening event, we have launched a GoFundMe fundraiser, with all donations going towards supporting the amazing work they do.

Whether you're attending the golf day, joining us for the evening, donating an auction prize, or simply contributing through our GoFundMe page, every bit of support makes a difference.

We’re delighted to to announce that the Malone Deco House we built has been shortlisted for the Royal Society of Ulster Architects (RSUA) Public Choice Award.

We’re extremely proud to have played our part in bringing this project to life. A special thank you and congratulations to Marshall Mc Cann Architects for their outstanding design.

A massive thank you as well to our clients for trusting the process from start to finish.

It’s always rewarding to help turn strong design into a finished build, and to see that work recognised at this level makes it all the more special.

Project Update | Home extension 🏠

Making progress on one of our home extension projects. ✨

Here's where we are with it:

✔ Bricklaying almost complete
✔ Roof structure completed, ready for tiling the roof
✔ Knock-through formed from the extension into the existing house
✔ Suspending ceiling installed
✔ First - fix plumbing and electrics ongoing
🔜 Next stage will be window and door installations, with plastering also to follow

A special day, for a truly special person.

It’s hard to put into words what this past year has felt like. Nearly 12 months have gone by since we lost our incredible friend, Leighton “Simo”… and yet, in so many ways, he still feels right here with us. In the laughs we share, in the stories we tell, and in the memories we hold so tightly.

Simo wasn’t just a friend , he was family. The kind of person who would do anything for anyone. The one who could lift your mood without even trying, whose laugh filled a room, and whose presence made everything better. That’s something you don’t forget… and never will.

In his memory, we’re coming together to do something he would have loved , a day filled with people, laughter, and togetherness. We’re hosting a golf day, along with an auction, special guests, live music and food, all in support of Northern Ireland Chest Heart and Stroke ,a charity very close to our hearts.

This day is about more than just fundraising. It’s about remembering Simo, sharing stories, and keeping his spirit alive in the best way we know how, together.

We would love for you to join us. Come and be part of something special. Come and celebrate the life of someone who meant so much to so many. And let’s raise as much as we can in his honour.
