We recently received a call from a customer in Kingswinford who wanted to make better use of her garden shed by turning it into a practical utility room. The only problem?

There was no power supply available! 🔌

Thankfully, that’s where we came in. 👷‍♂️

We installed a double weatherproof socket inside the shed, providing a safe and reliable power supply for her tumble dryer. This simple addition has transformed an underused shed into a fully functioning utility room, freeing up valuable space inside the house and making everyday chores much more convenient. ✅

While we were on site, the customer also asked if we could install an outdoor light. 💡

A new external light not only makes accessing the shed safer during darker evenings, but also improves security and visibility around the property.

The new desk location had no nearby power sockets. Fortunately, the consumer unit was positioned directly above the area, allowing our team to install a neat and practical solution with minimal disruption. 🔧⚡

At the customer’s request, we installed high quality surface mounted conduit to protect the wiring and avoid unnecessary damage to walls and decoration. ✅

A returning customer in Blakedown recently got back in touch after making some stunning changes to their garden design.

Originally, we had installed the garden lighting when traditional fencing was in place, but after upgrading to sleek modern glass panels, they wanted the lighting to match the new contemporary look. 💡🌿

To create the perfect finish, we installed stylish up & down canister lights onto the brick pillars surrounding the glass panels, giving the garden a warm and elegant glow during the evenings.

One of the biggest challenges on projects like this is concealing all cabling while keeping the final appearance clean and seamless.

Our team carefully drilled through the brickwork at precise angles to completely hide the cable routes, ensuring no visible wiring spoiled the finished look. Every external cable joint was then professionally concealed within the flower beds and protected using waterproof resin joints for maximum durability and reliability outdoors. 🌧️⚡

Waterproof resin joints are incredibly important for outdoor electrical installations as they prevent moisture ingress, corrosion and future connection failures, helping the lighting system remain safe and dependable all year round, whatever the British weather throws at it.

🏡⚡ Dream house renovation underway in the beautiful Ironbridge Gorge ⚡🏡

We’re proud to be part of an exciting full electrical refurbishment on a stunning period house in the beautiful area of Ironbridge Gorge 🌿

The customer recently purchased their dream house and is now carrying out a complete renovation project designed to preserve and modernise the property so it can stand strong for another 200 years 🏠✨

This weekend’s work has seen us begin the first stage of installing a completely brand new electrical installation throughout the property 🔌💡

From full rewiring and upgraded safety protection to carefully planned power and lighting layouts, this installation will bring the house up to modern standards while respecting the character and charm of the building.
