Two storey extension with basement conversion 🔥
From dig out to underpinning of the full basement.
All basement tanked
All exterior walls meshed with concrete filled cavity.
Second floor- sun room with new opening created to connect existing living and kitchen area to give an open plan area.
New access garden steps built in stone to the upper level patio area.
Would just like the thank all trades involved in creating this stunning two storey extension from start to plaster finish.
The clients can decorate and finish to their own style.
A lot of graft went in to this build and I’m so happy the clients are over the moon with their future home.
It’s been a pleasure building the clients vision!
