This is the job we are currently working on.
Clay rustic red tile,
New facia boards , guttering , velux window.
As well as all cement fillets changed to lead flashings .
The roof has been brought up to today’s building regs by adding breathable felt and vents top and bottom of the roof to create air flow .
Just the lower porch roof left to do 🙏🏻💪❤️

The roof has had new velux and new fascia boards,
As well as counter battened and vents added to allow the roof to breathe, ❤️🙏🏻💪

So after many weeks of waiting and having to give 8 client references,
As well as show the quality of my work and provide my roofing qualifications and awards .
I’ve been accepted to join the Guild of master craftsman. ❤️🙏🏻

Another job finished this week ,
This roof is only a few years old and was done by the builders who built the exstension ,
But they didn’t have a clue or they just didn’t care 😕
The valley had no valley boards in place ,
So we added them, with new lead valley,
Changed the felt , battens and tiles on the left of the valley. And the right of the valley changed the felt and battens,
They builder had used 19mm battens,
So we had to change anyway because now the valley was sitting just above these old battens,
Also no vents had been added or eave drip trays,
So these were added too,
