🏠 another roof completed in Portland terrace Hurlford

👌this is the 5th one we have now done in the same area..... 🤝

Roof was fully counterbattened out and then a breathable felt fitted before fitting the treated tilebatten

All roofline was replaced with rosewood Upvc including black deepflow gutters

Roof was covered with a britmet tile and slimline ridging.

All valleys and deviding gutter done with lead.

New velux flashings and svp flashings

Massive well done to the team to get this one over the line..... great Scottish summer weather doesn't make it easy for us but we still crack on 💪🏼

🔵 ridged with a dry system with modern ridges
