Our Caversham project is now pretty much complete. Blends in perfectly with the existing property and is beautifully appointed internally with gorgeous cast iron rads and traditional shaker kitchen. In all, a lovely compact annex that I’m sure will serve my clients well.

Our Caversham project is now progressing well internally. All 1st fix done, windows and doors in and floor insulation and liquid screed laid. It’s now starting to look like a habitable space. The next couple of weeks should see it all tacked and plastered ready for the kitchen. No pressure !

The roof on our Caversham project is now only a couple of days off being ready for the roofers to batten up and tile in. Hopefully before any bad weather returns ! Another project progressing exactly as per schedule as always.

What a fantastic space it is too, exceeding all expectations in terms of quality and ambience creating a wonderful family space so desperately needed in this lovely period property. Stunning !! Finally our latest Caversham project is getting out of the ground due to a few days of reasonable weather after all the rain. Now comes the frost and freezing conditions so we’ll no doubt have to wait for warmer temperatures to crack on with the brick and block work. The joys of building in the winter. Just as well my client is not in a rush !!

Our latest project in Caversham Heights kicks off today. Last one of a very busy year. Single storey rear extension surrounded by many mature trees that we need to take care of hence all the ground protection in place. Keep an eye out for future posts as the project proceeds.
