We are currently seeking an individual with multi trade/general building experience to join our team.

Due to an increased work load we are looking for a punctual, profesional & enthusiastic individual who can help the business continue to thrive. Able to work both alone and as part of the team to deliver the high standard of work & customer service we are so well known for.

To begin with this will be a self employed position and the successful candidate must have their own tools & transport. Long term plans for this role & rates of pay to be discussed.

We pride ourselves on providing a healthy, enjoyable and flexible working environment for all of our trades.

Our main work radius’ are Honiton & Chard (and surrounding areas)

🌟 HAPPY NEW YEAR 🌟
Everyone at JSC hopes you had a great Christmas and saw the new year in in style.

2022 was a huge year for the company that saw us grow from strength to strength and complete a huge amount of ‘outside the box’ custom works, thanks to the support and trust of all our returning and new customers.

I have to thank a couple of really important people for the support they’ve give me personally this year.. Dominic Pierson-lovesy has been the back bone of the company this year. Without his work ethic, punctuality & his love for the company we wouldn’t have achieved half as much as we did this year.
Chloe Loveridge without you this company simply wouldn’t be here, your ability to turn bad days into lessons, make the good days the best days & support me no matter the situation or what you’ve got going on is what keeps me pushing!
All the Subbies who have come in to our projects and held the same high standards as we hold ourselves to, thankyou!

2023 is going to be a massive one for us and we can’t wait to share that journey with you. ❤️

🎄 Perfect Christmas Present 🎄

Here for sale are a variety of Oak chopping/serving boards.
Made from Oak worktop off cuts that were destined to be chucked on the bonfire.
All boards have a juice groove round the perimeter, a 1/2” round over to finish and are 40mm deep
These are finished with an Osmo FoodSafe oil & will be supplied with care instructions to help prolong the life span of the boards.

- 300 x 400 (4)
Delivery/collection before Christmas

All boards will cost £25+Vat (£30 inc. VAT)
We may be able to deliver to you free of charge depending where you are based.
These will be sold on a 1st come 1st served basis, they are advertised on facebook and instagram. If interested please direct message us on either platform or via text @ 07366466609 apologies if we have sold out by the time you message but don’t worry as more will be made in the future.

We also have 5 x blank pieces of oak 320mm x 160mm that would be great for signs, key hooks or anything else you can suggest. If you may be interested in one of these please message with your ideas. We are able to engrave letters & numbers or supply and attach hangers etc.

A set of bespoke MDF wardrobes recently completed. These were so much fun to design, build & install.

Before the wardrobe install we sound proofed the party wall by building a 2 inch stud frame, sound insulating it & finally sound boarding it. This also allowed us to create a perfectly plumb & square opening to install the new wardrobes.

We then created perfectly level bases in both alcoves. By doing this we created a plinth to help with aesthetics and ensured that our units would install seamlessly without the need for filler panels.

Our units are built to the highest quality and with a huge eye for detail. So if you’re interested in wardrobes, storage solutions, media/tv units and more please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
